ITEM APPROVALS :
GRAND JELES only approves items valued over $200, and this is the minimum price.
Items uploaded on your marketplace should have clear pictures from front sides, corners damages, and any other details should be described on descriptions. Items with unclear photos and description would not be approved by GRAND JELES marketing team.
ITEMS DELIVERY :
Delivery for items could be provided by GRAND JELES at any time. It will be done in 2 hours after the deal has been made. The cost of the delivery just for GRAND JELES vendors is a flat rate $50 inside the Montreal and $80 outside the Montreal up to 50Km away from Montreal.
Delivery is until door step. GRAND JELES doesn’t take the risk of moving items in or outside the building.
VENDORS RESPONDS :
Vendors should pick up calls from GRAND JELES ASAP to hold the deal up.
PAYMENTS METHODS :
Customers could pay on delivery when receiving their items. GRAND JELES takes the risk of items being returned.
Customers could pay through POS machine, Interact (E-transfer) or Cash.
Vendors get paid after seven business days of purchase from GRAND JELES.
Vendors get paid through PayPal accounts.
TAXES:
There is no tax charges for used goods as it has been paid once.
For brand-new goods provincial and Federal taxes have to be paid by customers.
GRAND JELES BENEFITS :
GRAND JELES takes 20% benefit of the item purchased by vendors.
GRAND JELES is just a link between vendors and customers.
