The professionally refurbished IKEA Friheten sofa bed has a more open, modern profile. Its chaise can be installed on the left or right during installation. The chaise side has a full-height armrest that extends to the front, while the opposite side has a lower arm near seat height.
The professionally refurbished IKEA Manstad sofa bed has a more classic, enclosed corner-couch form with full-height armrests on both sides. Its chaise configuration is fixed as either left-hand or right-hand, so the preferred version is selected before preparation.
Friheten offers more flexibility in chaise direction. Manstad may suit customers who prefer a fuller corner sofa bed with storage.
